Pixelsmith Assistantbot · what the customer sees

hey whats the cheapest site

The cheapest option is the Starter plan at $600. It's a 3-page custom website with professionally written copy, a mobile-friendly design, and a fast 5-day turnaround. Is this for a business you're already running?

I'm Sam from Sam's Detailing in SLO. sam@example.com. need something simple asap

Nice to meet you, Sam. The Starter plan is probably the best fit for a simple site. The 5-day clock starts once Kaje has your content: text, photos, and logo. Would 3 pages (home, services, contact) cover what you need?

What it does

Answers from your info, nothing else

The bot reads one plain-language file about the business: services, prices, hours, policies. If the answer isn't in there, it says so and offers a person instead of making something up.

Turns questions into leads

When someone's interested, it asks for the details you'd ask for (name, contact, what they need, timeline) a couple at a time, then sends the lead to your phone and your email list.

Hands off to a human

Customers can tap "Talk to a person" any time, and the bot steps in on its own when someone's upset or wants to talk money. The chat lands in your Telegram; you reply there and it goes straight to them.

Knows when to stay quiet

While you're handling a conversation, the bot stays out of it. Reply /ai when you're done and it picks back up with the full context of what you said.

How a message moves

  1. 01customer · messages the bot or taps a button
  2. 02webhook · Telegram calls a serverless function, verified with a per-bot secret
  3. 03memory · the last few messages load from Redis so the chat has context
  4. 04model · an LLM answers using only the business's knowledge file
  5. 05actions · lead → owner ping + email list · handoff → owner's Telegram

Under the hood

  • $One codebase, one folder per business. Adding a client is a config file, a knowledge file and a bot token.
  • $Works with any OpenAI-compatible model, so the AI provider can change without a rewrite.
  • $Webhook requests are verified, duplicate deliveries are ignored, and each chat has a daily message cap to keep costs predictable.
  • $Replies are sent as plain text, so nothing the model writes can break formatting or inject links.
  • $Covered by an automated test suite: leads, handoff, rate limits, failures and malformed model output.
